Awesomeness at its best!
I had ordered a customized whiskey crate with monogrammed glasses and decanter for my husband for Christmas. When he opened it, the decanter was totally smashed. I contacted Man Crates and they sent a brand new crate with monogrammed glasses and decanter and even some extras, round ice molds, slate coasters, whiskey journal, and 3 types of flavored nuts! My husband was over the moon impressed! I would DEFINITELY be ordering more Man Crates as this company CARES about the customer and went above and beyond to make the man crate experience a great one!
