Bottle top fit crooked, contacted the company for a replacement and still have not received the replacement as of yet. Presentation and personalization were perfect though.
Update: I received not only a stopper but a new decanter and glasses today. I was quite surprised, and would say that their customer service is impeccable as well. They will be getting more business from me for sure. 👍
My husband likes it so that’s all that matters but one tiny thing of syrup was definitely not enough.

This was not as big as I thought it was gonna be. The word sampler made me think it was gonna be much bigger

He would have like a good quality ball. It should be an option available.
My fiance absolutely loved the neon sign. I purchased it for Christmas in December 2023. In November 2024 the sign quit working. I emailed the company to see if I coukd get a replacement. They said they only have a 90 day return policy. Which sucks because I spent $231.73 after shipping and taxes I guess I just expected it to last longer. My fiance is really upset. He brings it up every day how much he misses his neon sign hanging above his gaming computer.

The price was a bit high for only receiving a few small items. Also, I ordered a week in advance and the website allows you to select a delivery date. I chose my husband's birthday, and it didn't arrive until 4 days after.
Sadly the birthday enhancement kit was not sent with the man crates (bacon). My son-in-law loved his Man Crates
This is my husband's 4th man crate that he has received for his birthday. It has basically become a tradition every year. Man crates NEVER disappoints. He is so excited to start making his own hot sauces. Thank you man crate for making the perfect gift
The pinata is ok. I like the shape and find the jerky idea really cute. Unfortunately, when my husband and his son tried to break the pinata, it broke off the ring before actually breaking. We wound up just trying to break it on the ground. The jerky leaves room to be desired, but I didn't expect too much from a novelty gift.
The balloons are pretty cheap. The glue used to hold air in the balloons isn't very helpful. I had issues with trying to get the tube in the balloons to blow them up and put several holes in a few of the balloons that I had to patch up. The swirly things were incredibly difficult to separate and I wound up breaking several of them towards the bottom half. The balloons didn't hold air (probably because I had difficulty with the glue).
Sent some "crates" to my grandson (at his Marine base). Everyone thought they rocked.
Due, I'm guessing the New Year holiday, it arrived a tad late. So we're hoping to use it next time.
