I got this for my boyfriend who is deployed overseas and he LOVED it. They can't get bacon over there, so it was a huge hit. Now all his friends want some more. I had trouble filling out the form online to send to an APO address, but customer service was amazing, gave me the military discount, and helped a ton. All in all I had a great experience!

I wanted to send my fiance something non-girly for Valentine's Day and had no idea what until I found this website. The original package was supposed to arrive the day before Valentine's Day, but FedEx screwed up and delivered it to the wrong house despite me giving them the correct address. Customer service was great to work with, refunded my shipping and sent a new package right away. Even though he ended up getting it way late, he was excited when he got it! He had to send a picture of it right away to his best friend who loves bacon too and tell him what a great gift I had gotten him! And it tasted delicious! (he was nice enough to share!:) I'm very impressed by this company and be using them again!

Reorder of the bacon jerky - my guy can't talk enough about how much he loved the crate but most of all loved the jerky - so this round I sent the jerky - he was very excited!! Happy I found something manly that he loves!

However, I had ordered well in advance and specified the necessary date for delivery, our wedding anniversary and it didn't arrive. Thus I am very disappointed. I would maybe use again but not count on delivery on a important specific date.

I got this for my husband for Father's Day. He absolutely loved it and to my surprise actually has some left 2 days later!! He tried the brown sugar first, then the lemon pepper and saved the jalepeno for last, his most favorite! This was the perfect gift for the hard to shop for, bacon loving man that is my husband!

I had a a issue with the gift being delivered too early so I called and they were able to fix it without any problem or Hesitation and even refunded me some shipping because I didn't need it there as fast.
