Paid extra for the crate to be, "gift wrapped" i duct tape and it was not. Paid extra for express delivery and it was late. The products inside were great but the service and not getting what I paid for left a lot to be desired. I love the idea and I think the products are top-notch but the service side was definitely disappointing so I will be seeking a refund on the services I paid for and did not receive.
**UPDATE** I contacted customer service and told them the crate did not come with the duct tape gift wrap that I paid for. Customer service rep replied and immediately and did not hesitate to refund my cost. I will definitely be using them again because their customer service was absolutely stellar.
